Nasi Dagang by using Low GI Rice

Here is recipe for nasi dagang by using our main product which is Low GI Rice.

Nasi Dagang

1. Measure 4 cups of Low Gi Rice and soak for an hour.

2. Measured 3cm of ginger

3. 5 cloves of red onion


5. 1 liter of coconut milk.

Curry fish

1. 1 kg of fish

2. 1 liter of coconut milk

3.  1 cup of grated garlic

4. A cup of curry powder

5. Red Chili

6. Curry leaves

7. A cup of branched water (air asam jawa)
